Regarding Video File Extensions:

Video format extensions accepted include: .3gp, .avi, .flv, .m4v, .mkv, .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .vob, and .wmv. If you have a video in another format, please email us at the email address above to let us know so we can receive your video another way. File size is limited to 30 MB.
