ONLINE COACHING
Introduction to Natural Running Online
All you have to do is send us a video of your running form and we will provide you:
- A high-quality analysis of your current form including still images illustrating the breakdown of your current skills
- Targeted feedback on what you need to do to improve your running form
- Personalized exercises designed to:
- Augment your body’s biofeedback mechanisms that makes optimum running form automatic and not dependent on concentration
- Increase strength, balance, and flexibility specific for running
- Access to our Natural Running Coaching materials including:
- The biomechanics and skills of running
- Instructions for all the exercises you need to transform your running form
- An explanation of common injuries associated with frequently seen running form
- Sample videos to show you in detail what we’re trying to achieve

Natural Running Form Follow-up
After you’ve completed any of the Introduction to Natural Running Coaching sessions, either online or in-person, you can check in with your form progression with a Form Follow-up. Send us a current video of your running form for another complete form analysis to advance your form progression to the next level.

After you’ve completed any of the Introduction to Natural Running coaching sessions, either online or in-person, and want to advance your Natural Running Skills, learn the techniques involved in speed and strength training as well as the skills involved in running uphill and downhill.

IN-PERSON COACHING
In-person coaching is currently being offered in the Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Des Moines, Iowa, U.S.A. areas. If you are in either of these areas, and want that extra bit of personalized service, the following coaching options may be for you:
Introduction to Natural Running – One-on-One
In person, one-on-one coaching includes everything in the Introduction to Natural Running Online but with personal instruction. The 60-minute session includes:
- Video and personal analysis of your ‘before’ running form
- Targeted feedback on what you need to do to improve
- Personal demonstrations of the exercises that will improve your running skills
- Side-by-side running coaching with personalized feedback while we run
- Video and personal analysis of your ‘after’ running form
- Composite videos and still images of your ‘before’ and ‘after’ videos so you can see the differences
- Access to our Natural Running Coaching materials listed in the Online coaching for future reference

Introduction to Natural Running – Small Group Clinic
Do you know someone else who might be interested in learning the basics of Natural Running? If so, Small Group Clinics may be the answer. In groups of up to 5 people, we offer everything the One-on-One Introduction to Natural Running Coaching sessions offer but for more people. These clinics are perfect for:
- Couples or families interested in learning together
- Small groups of athletes involved in any sport that involves running including:
- Triathlon
- Soccer
- Football
- Basketball
- Corporate lunch-hour activities for employees of any experience level interested in improving their running
These clinics can be tailored to the size and objectives of the group, and include everything the One-on-One Introduction to Natural Running offers.

Are you a running-specific retailer or gym owner interested in hosting a clinic to help your customers and clients benefit from learning the biomechanics and skills of running to improve their form? We offer one-hour clinics on-location to do just that. Some of the topics included in the presentation include:
